A camera-based system to identify surface defects in steel or aluminum semi-finished products.

A system for measurements that derives from machinery predictive maintenance, designed for monitoring products and analyzing component wear.

Modular edge computing system based on proprietary measurement nodes;
Each node can capture up to 4 analog channels of vibration, strain, load, or temperature;
Multiple nodes can be deployed on the machine to simultaneously capture all mechanical, thermal, or electrical quantities;
Nodes are equipped with artificial intelligence algorithms for anomaly detection;
Data from the entire system is sent to a processing system that estimates the useful life of components and provides a health status indicator for the machine;
