Services

We design and develop custom machine vision systems for real-time monitoring of products, machinery, and production processes.

We handle technology selection, design, integration into machines or production lines, and commissioning of the entire system. Thanks to the expertise of our research and development center, One-Off Innovation, these solutions can be integrated with artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to detect defects, anomalies, and process variations even in particularly complex applications.

Camera-based systems

We design vision systems in the visible and infrared spectrums to capture and analyze information regarding the condition of products, manufacturing processes, and equipment.

We select industrial cameras, lenses, and lighting based on the characteristics of the process and the production environment, and we handle their installation and integration with machines, PLCs, and supervisory systems.

Thanks to integration with artificial intelligence algorithms developed by our R&D center, camera-based systems can be used for real-time monitoring, automatic quality control, defect and anomaly detection, verification of component presence and positioning, code reading, and thermal inspection using infrared cameras.

Laser-based systems

We design vision systems in the visible and infrared spectrums to capture and analyze information regarding the condition of products, manufacturing processes, and equipment.

Depending on the application’s requirements, we select triangulation laser sensors or confocal systems, design their integration with machinery and equipment, and handle their configuration and commissioning.

The acquired data can be processed using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to identify drifts, dimensional anomalies, and variations in the production process. These solutions enable precise, non-contact measurements of thicknesses, distances, heights, profiles, deformations, and tolerances—even directly on the production line and under complex operating conditions.

LaserCAST

A system for measuring the diameter, straightness, and surface finish of billets using a laser profilometer.

Software for analyzing geometric data that interfaces with the company's database;
