- Modular edge computing system based on proprietary measurement nodes;
- Each node can capture up to 4 analog channels of vibration, strain, load, or temperature;
- Multiple nodes can be deployed on the machine to simultaneously capture all mechanical, thermal, or electrical quantities;
- Nodes are equipped with artificial intelligence algorithms for anomaly detection;
- Data from the entire system is sent to a processing system that estimates the useful life of components and provides a health status indicator for the machine;
