BlackBox

BlackBox is the software platform that underpins our industrial digitization projects.

It allows you to collect and centralize data from PLCs, machinery, and external sensors, including DAQ+ data acquisition systems.

Cross-platform infrastructure (Linux, MacOS, Windows) implemented on Docker;
Multi-PLC management (Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, Beckhoff) and multi-protocol support (MQTT, Ethernet/IP, S7Protocol, Modbus TCP, Socket);

RMS

RMS is a system designed to manage and send orders and production parameters to the machines.

Creation and management of production recipes;
Assigning specific parameters to products, projects, or orders;

Access to historical data for long-term analysis and process optimization;
Improved process repeatability;
All collected data is stored in a secure and accessible database;

The ability to centralize production recipes and automatically transfer the parameters needed to start the manufacturing process to the PLC. This allows operators to retrieve predefined configurations, reducing the need for manual data entry and the risk of errors.

MMS

MMS is a solution designed for industrial maintenance management. It integrates data collection and centralization with specific tools for organizing, monitoring, and documenting maintenance activities.
